“Enabling the change! Social innovation and enterprises for a better future”

The International Social Innovation Research Conference (ISIRC) is the world’s leading interdisciplinary social innovation research conference. The conference brings together scholars from across the globe to discuss social innovation and social entrepreneurship from varied perspectives.

ISIRC 2021 will be hosted by Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore, ALTIS – Graduate School Business and Society, and E4impact Foundation. It will run from the 8th to the 10th of September 2021. Depending on the evolution of pandemic situation the conference will be physically hosted at the campus of Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore or on a virtual platform.

In 2021, the conference theme is “Enabling the change! Social innovation and enterprises for a better future”. This theme aligns with the world leading impactful research and activities being undertaken by members of ALTIS and by E4Impact in Africa, and it reflects the important role we see for social innovation and social enterprise in creating more fair and sustainable societies both in developed and developing countries.
